Star gif have a bug

Here smilie star of fractalforums. Notice black frame, when star will expand its tentacles:
 

And the contest entry. No black frame, but file have identical size:

omg, will repair it, my firefox has problems displaying some images, on internetexploder they look fine, but on many ( 20%) of the images
posted here they appear broken....will fix it....

Now star looks OK. Throught probably it raised a bitt up in smilies
